If MasterMinD AI fails to deliver your project within the agreed timeline (3–5 business days from payment confirmation) and does not communicate any delays, you are eligible for a full refund. This does not apply if delays are caused by:
Monthly maintenance ($50/month) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a paid cycle.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
